Step by step life moved aheadSweeping me in its whirlwind
Whether I wished to keep pace
Or just wanted to be in a bend
Surprises of all sorts it gave me
Some sweet and some unpleasant
Knowing not what I want or not
Suffocating at times with no vent
Emotions flow at a dizzying pace
And at times just getting drained
Phases and transitions rolling on
Dry at times when it just rained
Even if it did not turn out to be
What I had wished it to become
Most of what was written till now
Will be treasured in times to come

I, for one, has been inspired to try to write short stories because of you. Thank you so much my dear friend. Regarding your poem, I don't know if that is drifting through life or what. All I know is that we have to realize our purpose in life and strive to attain it to have that inner joy and peace of mind. It's our road map in life. I saw that friendship chain that Noushy gave you. I think the names or blogs must be listed there so that it will multiply and reach worldwide proportions.
